This Privacy Policy describes how Doveras Fertility Inc. (“Doveras”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information through www.doveras.com, its inquiry form, and the Private Client Portal (collectively, the “Site”). Information shared in the course of an engagement is governed by the applicable Client Services Agreement. Residents of Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut should also review the Doveras Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

1Information collected

2.1Doveras uses personal information to respond to inquiries, to provide information you request, to operate and secure the Site and the Portal, and to comply with law and enforce its agreements.

3.1Doveras discloses personal information only to service providers that support the Site, such as hosting, communications, and security providers, under written contracts that restrict their use of the information; to its professional advisers, under duties of confidentiality; where required by valid legal process or to prevent serious harm; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

3.2Doveras does not sell personal information, does not share it for targeted advertising, and does not disclose it to data brokers or to third parties for their own marketing.

4Cookies and tracking technologies

4.1The Site uses only essential first-party cookies, such as those required for Portal sessions and security. Doveras does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies, pixels, session-replay tools, or similar technologies.

4.2Browser settings may be used to block or delete cookies, although blocking essential cookies may prevent the Portal from functioning.

5Retention

5.1Doveras retains personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and any period required by law, and thereafter deletes or de-identifies it.

6Security

6.1Doveras maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure.

7Your choices

7.1You may ask Doveras to access, correct, or delete your personal information by writing to hello@doveras.com. Doveras will respond within a reasonable time, subject to its legal obligations.

8Children

8.1The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and Doveras does not knowingly collect their personal information. Doveras will delete any such information upon notice to hello@doveras.com.

9Changes to this Privacy Policy

9.1Doveras will post any revision on this page with a new “Last updated” date and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
