Who we are

Leadership
Nara Lee
Founder & Chief Executive OfficerBiography
Nara Lee is the founder and CEO of Doveras. She graduated with honors from Harvard University and received her JD from Columbia Law School. She has enjoyed building, operating, and advising in the healthcare space, and is proud to serve on the board of RESOLVE: The National Infertility and Family Building Network.
Nara lives in New York City with her husband and their two young children, who inspired her to build Doveras in the first place. While her hands are full as a working mother, in her downtime she finds peace in gardening.
Melinda Richardson
Managing Director, Private Client Advisory & OperationsBiography
Melinda guides Doveras families through every stage of their journeys, bringing calm and clarity to what can feel like an overwhelming process. Before Doveras, she served private families within family offices, where discretion, precision, and anticipating needs before they arise are the standard. She brings that same standard to every family she advises.
Her career has centered on women’s health. She has worked on the ground in Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya with CureCervicalCancer and with the Gynecologic Cancers Research Foundation. At the Healthcare Innovation and Technology Lab, she led its annual summit at Columbia University and championed its Women’s Health Tech series.
Melinda holds a master’s degree in social sciences from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, where she was selected for the United Nations Internship Program, and a B.A. from Boston University. She lives in Brooklyn with her dog, Penny, and is making her way through every U.S. national park.
Lizzie Murdoch
Director, Private Client Advisory & InsightsBiography
Lizzie guides intended parents through their family-building journeys, with answers grounded in data along the way. Trained in health economics and outcomes research, she has studied a wide range of health topics, with a particular focus on trying to conceive and family building. Her research at Doveras and Thirty Madison has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at medical conferences.
Lizzie holds a B.A. from Middlebury College, and an MBA and MPH from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and their three children, gets everyone outdoors for hiking and biking whenever she can, and is still debating just how early is too early to put her kids on skis.
