Transform fertility signals into reimbursable care

Digital infrastructure enabling enterprises to deliver clinically governed fertility intelligence that meets payer evidence standards

The Enterprise Fertility Gap

Most fertility lifestyle guidance today comes from three sources: generic AI tools, static content libraries, or inconsistent clinical advice. No source reliably translates fertility signals into the personalized guidance needed to support reproductive decisions.

Fragmented research

Fragmented research

Fertility literature is often observational, inconsistent, and ethically constrained

High-sensitivity decisions

High-sensitivity decisions

When to monitor vs. when to escalate requires clinical judgment

Pathway dependency

Pathway dependency

The same signal means different things for male/female, TTC vs. IVF

Doveras solves these problems by translating fertility signals into clinically governed guidance that adapts across fertility pathways.

Doveras: The Clinical Logic Layer for Fertility Readiness

Doveras applies pathway-specific clinical logic to translate fertility signals into actionable guidance across fertility stage, treatment pathway, and condition.

CLINICAL OUTCOMES & REIMBURSEMENT

Fertility Clinics

Improve cycle outcomes and reduce clinical burden. Patients arrive treatment-ready; care teams gain standardized guidance infrastructure.

Why fertility infrastructure matters now

Fertility care is shifting earlier in the patient journey, creating demand for infrastructure that translates fertility signals into evidence-based guidance and measurable outcomes.

The strategic opportunity

Organizations that can demonstrate superior fertility readiness outcomes will be positioned to:

Support payer reimbursement

Improve treatment success rates

Reduce unnecessary IVF cycles

Capture patients earlier in their fertility journey

Generate longitudinal fertility datasets

Founder & CEO

Nara Lee is the Founder and CEO of Doveras.

She founded Doveras to address a critical gap in fertility care: the lack of clinically governed, evidence-based guidance around fertility readiness. Her work brings together reproductive health research, behavior science, and digital health to help patients prepare for treatment and improve outcomes.

History

Doveras began as a direct-to-consumer program designed to observe how patients seek and use fertility readiness guidance in real life. This early work revealed a structural gap: most people start their fertility journeys at home, actively looking for lifestyle and optimization guidance, but enterprises lack a rigorously governed system they could confidently support at scale. As the underlying evidence base and clinical logic matured, interest began to emerge from enterprise organizations facing the same challenges internally: inconsistent guidance, growing operational burden, and limited infrastructure to support patients earlier in their fertility journeys. Doveras subsequently evolved into an enterprise platform designed for network-level deployment. Today the system supports clinical governance, modular configuration, and integration into existing user engagement workflows, enabling organizations to deliver consistent, evidence-based fertility readiness guidance while maintaining full clinical control.
